CHINESE PROJECT COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Take ownership for project meetings and ensure meeting minutes and reports are properly recorded and placed in centralized or shared drive for tracking purpose.

  • Plan, schedule, track daily, weekly and monthly workflow, milestones and timelines. Ensure all key deadlines are met otherwise raise the issues upfront for proper solutions.

  • Act as a secondary contact for agency producer and other agency or client associates.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and presentations to COO and CPO. Drive internal discussion to align on the reports and presentations before submission deadlines.

  • Be a subject matter expert and own problem shooting for any issues and concerns that risk or impact administration and operation and provide solutions and/or suggestions when and where possible.

  • Support Producer to drive integrated Marketing, PR and Sales proposal including presentation for COO, CPO, Marketing, PR, Sales, and client agencies.

  • Manage contract and process payroll and all other expenses for cast and crew.

  • Manage all other administrations and operations upon requests within and across functions.

ASSISTANT BRAND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify potential customers most related to marketing plan of each project

  • Identify the selling essence of each project and share it with the team, while applying appropriate sales strategies

  • Act as the liaison between customer and external and internal teams of the company 

  • Resolve issues and handle work quickly and effectively

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements

  • Supervise subordinates if any to deliver complete efficiency work 

  • Develop and foster strong and long-term customer relationships

REQUIREMENTS :

ACQUISITION & DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Work with supervisor and team in planning, managing, publishing, and tracking O2O PR communications in all communication mediums.

  • Build, maintain and strengthen corporate relationship with both online and offline media partners, media agencies and influencers.

  • Search and look for potential media prospects to enhance PR relationships and partnerships including sales, distribution and marketing opportunities within the business, entertainment, technology & innovation sectors.

  • Maintain an updated and list of PR assets, contact information, personal information and preferences for building and maintaining relationships on behalf of our company.

  • Partner with supervisor and team to accelerate business growth and expansion through media events, press conferences, premiere meetings, and all other PR communication channels.

  • Be point of contact for PR Department, manage administration and operations to smoothen the internal and external workflow.

  • Promote our products and services during in-house and external events

  • Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels

  • Plan interviews and press conferences

  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates

  • Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries

  • Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness

REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Previous working experience in Public Relations or Branding and Marketing

  2. BSc/BA in marketing, journalism, or related field

  3. Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills

  4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  5. Aptitude in presentation and public speaking

FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

  • Analyze financial data and create financial models and feasibilities for decision support

  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

  • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization

  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials

  • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps

  • Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is mentioned in virtually any financial analyst job description; familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
